What this site is

christmaslightsoutdoorinstallation.com, operated by Spencer Gasselin LLC, is an independent directory of businesses that install Christmas and holiday lights. We are not an installer. We do not perform, supervise or guarantee any installation work.

Listings

Listings are based on information businesses publish on their own websites, checked at the time shown. Businesses change their services, prices and areas, so information here may be out of date. Listings are not endorsements, recommendations or rankings.

Paid placements

Some installers pay for Featured or City Spotlight placements. These are always labelled. A paid placement is advertising, not a recommendation.

Hiring an installer

Any agreement you make is between you and the installer. Check their prices, insurance, licensing where it applies, and what is included before you hire them. We are not responsible for their work, their conduct or any damage, loss or dispute arising from it.

Quote requests

By sending a quote request you ask us to pass your details to installers who serve your area, and you agree they may contact you about your request.

For installers

If you are listed, you can ask us to correct or remove your listing at any time. Paid placements are agreed by email with written terms before anything is charged.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false information, scrape it at scale or try to interfere with how it works.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Spencer Gasselin LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
